Michael Feintuch serves as CEO with the Riveredge Recovery Group. In the wake of his earlier accomplishments in the world of business, he's been appointed to empower Riveredge in recovering class action settlements funds on behalf of its clients. Michael brings with him 20 years of business service experience, beginning right after his graduation from John Hopkins University with a Masters in Business. He has been on the teams of financial giants like Merrill Lynch, Refco, and Oscar Gruss. His extensive banking experience was put to good use with the burgeoning of his own company. Lastly before joining the ambitious Riveredge team, Michael utilized his fund-recovery strategies to help the healthcare industry identify and recoup lost revenues from both corporations as well as governmental agencies. Michael is committed to put all his experience to work on behalf of Riveredge Recovery Group's clients.

Jonathan E. Gross joins the Riveredge Recovery Group as a veteran of the legal world. He graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of law in 2001 with multiple honors, including those for achieving the second-highest overall grade-point average in his graduating class as well as for serving as a member of the Cardozo Law Review. Jonathan's broad experience includes sophisticated legal work at the prestigious, international law firms Shearman & Sterling; Stroock & Stroock & Lavan; and Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Jonathan also enjoyed working as Assistant General Counsel in the fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment at The Trump Organization for more than five years. Jonathan now serves as legal voice to the Riveredge Recovery Group in the capacity of General Counsel.

Michael brings a wealth of experience in business analysis, strategic goal development and implementation, and forensic accounting to the Riveredge team. As a Certified Public Accountant in New York State since 1993, he has become an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He has acted in the capacity of chief financial officer and business adviser to businesses in the real estate, manufacturing, construction, hospitality and nursing home industries. He has worked in the Litigation and Business Valuation Groups of a number of major accounting firms, and has been involved in all aspects of transaction analysis and financial record reconstruction in connection with fraud investigations, complex litigation, including class action lawsuits, bankruptcy estates, and purchase price and earnout disputes. Michael now serves the Riveredge Recovery Group as a member of the Board, providing keen oversight and insight into broader goal development.
Over her more than ten years in the banking industry, Elena has amassed a deep knowledge of the innermost workings of financial procedures, compliance standards, as well as systems structure and implementation. Since graduating Baruch College in New York City, she has dedicated her career to empowering clients with strategic solutions and better customer relations. Elena has joined the Riveredge Recovery team in the capacity of Compliance Director, ensuring our team adheres to all regulations and filing procedures associated with class action lawsuit settlements.
